Location: Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Provide timely and effective support, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
