Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support servers, virtualization, and Azure/Oracle cloud migration.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, FortiGate firewall, VPN configuration, and patch management.
• Provide IT technical support for hardware and software issues to both on-site and remote users.
• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing systems such as desktop PCs, servers, and network equipment.
• Manage end-user accounts, permissions, and storage allocations according to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on servers and workstations, escalating issues when necessary.
• Oversee network devices like printers, scanners, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and IP telephones.
• Maintain IT asset management, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors for software, hardware maintenance, and service renewals.
• Regularly update Windows OS patches, security patches, and monitor software licenses and subscriptions.
• Support IT Manager in completing daily IT operations and tasks.
