Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Assist throughout all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test).
- Support the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
- Enhance development, testing, and release processes.
- Implement complex programs.
- Resolve technical issues cost-effectively and efficiently.
- Adhere to software development standards.
- Document technical work, including risks and issues, and actively mitigate and resolve them.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 certifications from the following:
- Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate
- Minimum 8 years of MSD CRM experience.
- At least 5 years as an MSD CRM Consultant.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience in implementing cloud CRM solutions.
- Expertise in MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules.
- Strong understanding of best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Azure technologies (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is advantageous.
- Public sector experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Groups/Teams, Omni Channel, PowerApps, and Common Data Services.
- Experience in custom development for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics CRM (Jscript, C# plugins, web development, systems integration).
- Familiar with enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, and ETL options.
- Experience with Scrum agile framework and tools like Visual Studio Team Services or JIRA Agile.
