Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM / 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Additional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, etc.) are advantageous.
Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac, and general desktop support issues.
- Familiarity with end-user devices like printers and scanners.
- Experience with audio and video systems such as projectors and mixers.
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, etc.
- Strong customer care skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to develop an awareness of and respect for the customs and cultures of HBMSU learners and employees.
