Position: Counter Fraud Framework Validation Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
- Counter Fraud Framework Validation: Lead and execute comprehensive validation of the bank’s Counter Fraud Framework, ensuring strict compliance with SAMA’s regulations and industry best practices.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in fraud prevention and detection processes.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all fraud-related policies, procedures, and controls align with SAMA’s Counter Fraud Framework and other regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on validation findings, including risk assessments, compliance gaps, and recommended actions.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance bank staff’s awareness and understanding of fraud risks and controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements to the Counter Fraud Framework based on findings and emerging fraud trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to fraud risk management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in fraud examination (e.g., CFE) is highly desirable.
- Experience: 3-5 years in fraud risk management, with at least 2 years focused on Counter Fraud Framework validation in Saudi Arabia’s banking sector.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAMA’s Counter Fraud Framework, banking regulations, and best practices for fraud prevention and detection.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and fraud detection methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
