Desktop Support Engineer – Axiom Technologies (Apply Now)

Location: UAE

Position: IT Engineer (Desktop Support)

Skills & Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals across different PC operating systems (Windows 7/8/10).
Perform hardware/software installations, with knowledge of deployment tools like SCCM.
Basic understanding of SOE (Standard Operating Environment) and group policies.
Provide printer support and troubleshoot MS Office tools.
Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication and people skills.
Field experience supporting various technologies and services.
Solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively, especially in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications:

PCLaptop OEM Maintenance Certification.
CompTIA A+ Certification.
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
3+ years of relevant experience.
