Location: Fujairah, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Ramco ERP systems
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networks
• Administer Domain Controller, Active Directory, and IT security protocols
• Install and configure IT hardware and software
• Ensure data security and manage crisis situations
• Maintain applications, databases, and telephone systems
• Troubleshoot IT issues within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MCA
• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Ramco ERP, Ramco Tool iEDK, and RAMCO Reporting tool
