Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues for desktops, laptops, servers, and other equipment.
- Perform regular hardware upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network equipment and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware concerns.
- Document hardware configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in IT hardware support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and devices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
