Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues for desktops, laptops, servers, and other equipment.
• Perform regular hardware upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining network equipment and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware concerns.
• Document hardware configurations, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in IT hardware support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and devices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
