Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Company: Al Abeer Medical Center Day Surgery Unit

Role Description:
We are hiring a full-time IT Support Executive to join our team at Al Abeer Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering on-site help desk support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot desktop computers.
Offer help desk support on-site to resolve IT issues.
Assist with HIS (Hospital Information System) support.
Work effectively within a team to solve technical problems.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with desktop computers and IT systems.
Proficient in help desk support and HIS.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Relevant certification or degree in IT is preferred.
