IT Helpdesk Engineer – Abu Dhabi

Job Title: IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT End User Support.
GCC experience is a must.
Candidates must be locally available in the UAE.
A valid UAE driving license is required.

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication skills.
Expertise in end-user support within an ITIL working environment.
Strong knowledge in M365 Migration, Office 365, and MS Teams Support.
Hands-on experience with remote support tools.
Proficient in hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, etc.
Experience with different operating systems support.
Knowledge of asset/inventory management.
