Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 7/10/11 systems.
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and tablets.
- Create and manage system images.
- Assist in IT process improvement initiatives.
- Support and maintain MS Office applications.
Technical / Functional Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11.
- Proficient in handling Desktops, Laptops, and Tablets.
- Experience in image creation and deployment.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to contribute to IT process improvements.
